I must be because I didn't get that out of the discussion.
Maybe you should count the empty seats in your picture because you superior mind seems to have a problem with abstract spatial reasoning. let me help. If there are people in two seats and the two seats to the right, left, in front and behind them are all empty it means that there are only two full seats and 8 empty ones. In other words 20% attendance. Considering that they only areas in the picture you posted that are more full than this are the lower areas close to the 50 yard line and there are completely empty areas almost as large its not much of a stretch to think that the stadium is less than 1/2 full.
But again, this is not me making this up and it is not me writing national articles about it. I'm not TCU being concerned about it. I'm just a BYU fan observing what happened. And laughing/crying about it because that is the program that was invited to the BIG 12 ahead of my team.
