The receivers aren't getting open down field. I have been paying attention to this a lot. They may have a half step or even a full step but they aren't "open" in the traditional sense. This also means that Taysom doesn't trust himself to throw them open or doesn't trust them to make a play on the ball. I suspect its a little bit of both of those also. I think Taysom has had sufficient time.
