I've found examples like pointing or otherwise gesturing at opponents, involving fans in the celebration, and I know there are rules about not having teammates come from the sidelines too far onto the field to celebrate. But I can't find what the actual rules are. Anyone got a link?
On the celebration penalty against BYU, to me it looked like a sideline ref was motioning for the sideline to get back to their assigned area, and then a coach in a royal blue shirt ran past him. It looked like it was Pop to me. And I don't think the flag had been thrown to that point, so I wonder if Poppinga was actually the reason we got flagged. That back judge was all over Leslie and then again right on top of Williams after he scored.
