Yes, but you have to have a cable subscription for the live offerings.

Please understand that ESPN3 is now considered its own channel like ESPN & ESPN2

You can watch some stuff without a cable login

If your ISP has an agreement with ESPN you can watch ESPN3 stuff live or replay
