it would work if Bronco would do the work to interview and hire a good DC...
...instead of following his proven failed method of defaulting to an inexperienced and largely unproven position coach on his staff.
Maybe he should have Anae find him a good DC? Anae did a good job in hiring 2J, Holliday and Atuaia. I think all 3 of those guys were great hires and have made noticeable impacts on the team in a very short time. I'd be willing to bet Anae would find him a very good DC fairly quickly.
