Even if Leech were active I don't see him leaving for BYU to take a pay cut, deal with recruiting limitations etc. I think BYU has to hire an assistant coach or a head coach at the jr college level. The bar has been raised per se the person would also need to manage the firesides/church ambassador side of things I don't think this changes.
