Once if I had my preference BYU would be in the Big12 or Pac. But those options aren't available, and they won't be. So the choice is between:
1. MWC (traditional regional rivalries, good basketball)
2. AAC (meh)
3. Indy/irrelevance
When #1 offers the same benefits as #3, plus some, that's an easy choice.
