but I would hazard to guess that my diet still has way too much sugar in it, despite my efforts to eat healthier. Reducing one's consumption of sugars to a level that would be considered healthy in this country is not easy unless you switch to a diet of primarily raw products and made from scratch meals. But the typical American lifestyle does not lend itself to that very well. Americans do need to reign in their diets better, but the food industry has a lot of culpability in the American health crisis.
