has been a problem since Max Hall and Jimmer left. No one good enough with the right attitude to be a true leader for those teams.

Certainly lots of talented players (Davies, Hartsock, KC, Haws, Ziggy, KVN, Hoffman, etc.) but none with the personality to be a real team leader. This combined with poor coaching has really held our teams back the past few years. It looked to be remedied this year with Taysom, but when he got hurt it seemed like the team forgot how to play football for several games. Strange to see so many "mature" players be so mentally weak in the face of adversity.
