That place is a joke. About 5% of their preparers (from my experience, I have worked preparing returns with 3 former employees and know many, many more) know what they are doing. They charge WAY too much for their "tax knowledge". I prepared a very simple return for a lady this year and H&R had charged her $180 to do her return for last year's return, just 2 W-2s and that's it. They offered her no advice.
