Watched the 30for30 on NCState. A few Utah connections in their run
I hadn't ever really looked into the full story. Just have seen the final shot/rebound/dunk a billion times and heard they made a crazy run but never understood what that run was all about.
Anyway, utah connections:
Rose: played for Houston. played at Dixie, ends up at BYU
Bailey: played for NC State. ends up playing for Jazz and living in Utah
Utah Utes: Only team to get blown out by NC State
Weber state: Sweet 16 and Elite 8 games played there
