I keep seeing things saying BYU will charge for parking in the Fall. I remember

I always paid for a parking pass. Did that change for a while? Or is this something different (like charging every time you enter a lot)?

They used to give free bus passes, but they switched to free parking instead.

They don't walk at all, they sit in an SUV and scan the plates with a camera.
