nobody every really thought of him as a great shooter, but he was. they think of the assists and steals and "pasty gangsta"...but he was a shooter.
one thing that he had (frankly, jimmer had it too at byu), that many PGs should add to their game....the pull up 3. bring the ball down and if you have a good look, take it. i guess you need the coach's blessing to do that early in the clock, but stock was a master at that. many jazz comebacks started with a timely pull-up 3 from stock.
