It is time to get back to the Fiesta bowl
We have been invited twice and went once. The 1974 game was going great until All-American Gary Sheide went down, BYU lost to Oklahoma State, 16-6.
BYU declined to play in the 1977 Fiesta Bowl because it was on Sunday.
Time has come to get back to the bowl game that first rewarded Edwards' emerging genius and our All-American QBs.
