so...75 per cent of you were wrong: I'm not a slow typer, I, in fact, do plan to answer the question, and this is not a fake account. It just took the Google robots a while to locate the original post, and inform me of it.
Also, Beagle, please get your facts right, even if you plan on hiding in the anonymous realm of a message board: It's hardly passive income. I have a staff to investigate companies, and respond to complaints (very few) from GEPHARDT APPROVED companies. I really only do take on honest companies (the dishonest ones are willing to pay me many, many times more money than the honest ones--I know, because it was dishonest companies offering me endorsement money after I left television that inspired me to find out if honest ones might be willing to allow me to start a business). I have endorsed about a half dozen companies in the past, and later found out they were not-so-honest. In those cases, I got rid of the companies, pro-rate refunded any money they paid me in advance, and refunded to the jilted consumer a refund of what they paid the dishonest, endorsed business.
I surely understand your cynicism, but it is quite real.
In fact, for anyone who would like to purchase a car, I wrote an Auto Dealers Code of Ethics. I did this -before- I started the company, and the "Code" goes above and beyond state and federal laws. Read this, if you'd like, so you can know if you're dealing with an honest dealer:
