Sheesh, I am an idiot... How do you put two conditional formulas together in the same cell? I want to put a 1 or a -1 in a cell dependent on if the qualifier says SHIFT or LUNCH.

How do I combine both of these formulas in the same cell?

=IF(AND($F2="SHIFT",(J$1>=$G2),(J$1<=$H2)),1,"")

or

=IF(AND($F2="LUNCH",(J$1>=$G2),(J$1<=$H2)),-1,"")
