Assuming I'd be good enough not to worry about keeping my card, I'd choose golf.
Football - Too dangerous and the career is too short.
Baseball - Too much of a grind (162 games).
Basketball - Tempting, but the career is short.
Hockey - I like my teeth.
Soccer - Not as much money as the others.
Tennis - Tempting, but the career is short.

Golf - Play when you want to play, and not when you don't. You can play for decades. The endorsement money is disproportionately high for golfers (at least the elite golfers). And eating large quantities of buffalo wings is as likely to improve your game as it is to hurt it.
