Disagree on the low skills assumption

I know two optometrists who were top of their class who now work at Costco and Sam's because of the money (they both make $275,000+). I'm sure there are some bad docs who work at Costco and Sam's too. It's really hit or miss, just like choosing any other doctor. The best thing you can do is ask around and see if your friends/family have had a good experience there.
