Vivinit Internet -- A guy from Vivint stops by and wants to use my house

to put their receiver/transmitter on. Has anybody on here done this? What are the downsides and upsides?

Does the receiver/transmitter use a significant amount of electricity?

Will having my house right under it fry my family's brains more than the current microwaves etc., already are?

What if I don't like them and want to switch down the road?

What about selling the house down the road?

Thoughts?
