that is just the nature of the beast. Play nice and give them an opportunity to do their jobs while you take the open forum to express what is on your mind and talk about your program. If you hide behind a wall you build you only build mistrust, suspicion and opportunities for people to create the narrative of your program for you.

Basic PR. Get your message out....don't give others the chance to create a message for you. When you do you lose control.
