Tasted it for the first time a month ago - couldn't tell the difference. Now I can't go back to cow because goat milk is so much richer.

Then again - our goats are on a strict diet and the milk is treated very well. I think many would hate cow milk if the cows were grazed and the milk not pasteurized and treated well.
