I used this method. Lemons and pepper overnight. Turned out great.
My wife doesn't do fish so my boys and I had an agreement that we'd grill some if she left town for a couple of days.
They chose a 1 pound fillet yesterday and we grilled it up this evening.
It's a hit, but I may have unwittingly put into my boys mind that they want their mom to take trips more often.
