I get a big bag of spinach, kale, and chard mix at Costco, fill about half of the blender with that, a small handful of carrots, and put strawberries, banana, blueberries, pineapple, or whatever other fruit we happen to have (kiwi, apples, etc.). I can't taste the greens or the carrots and it ends up being a really easy way to get more vegetables in my diet.
