to be considered among the others I listed. System's are definitely key for point guards as proven by Rondo this year.
In my opinion, if a guy can shoot off the dribble he can shoot period. There are a lot of good "shooters" that had decent long range shooting percentages simply because they got a lot of open looks (see Jason Kidd). The guys that can hit at a high percentage when the entire other team is trying to stop them, takes shooting ability to a whole other level. That is where I value a guy like Curry. If he's the best off the dribble shooter of all time, he's right up there with the best shooters of all time.
