FYI
Casein is a slow digesting protein. NTTAWWT, but typically people go with whey because it is absorbed into the blood faster. Casein is usually consumed at night (either in a powder or via cottage cheese or greek yogurt) to keep your metabolism running while you sleep. You could save some money by switching to whey, unless you have a reason for casein.
