It's unfortunate to say, but every segment of society has experienced
bigotry, hatred, suppression etc. The fact that it happens so often is no excuse to continue it in any form...including so-called "reverse racism" in the workplace. I've heard some blacks say that governmental softening of standards is the worst form of racism they've had to face. I want every person, of ever race to have equal access. I also want the standards of safety to be the top priority of an agency that's sole purpose is the safety of the traveling public.

We all face the adversity of bigotry. It's hurtful, shameful and needs to stop. Lowering standards in the name of fair isn't the answer IMO.

For some reason, this video came to mind when considering on the state of modern attitudes towards people for reasons other than skills.
