Crave Real Burgers in Castle Rock is ridiculously good. I had the Sin City Burger that includes tempura-fried cheddar (yes, fried cheese), avocado, grilled onions, smoky ketchup, and candied bacon (yes, candied bacon). Man, what a burger.
