upper part (Dam to River Road area)
PMDs (nymphing until you see plenty of risers), green caddis larvae and pupa, Large Black rubber legs or similar stonefly nymphs, yellow sally nymphs
- in this stretch of the river you will see some afternoon PMD hatches and it will bring up lots of fish in spots. If you can get into one of these spots and are decently skilled at presenting flies to rising fish that are picky you will catch plenty. If not...keep nymphing. Barr's emerger is a killer pattern for PMDs during the hatch, either nymphing or dropping it from a more visible dry fly.
Further downstream - same as above without the dry fly portion most likely.
