He has coached DB's that have been part of top 25 defenses as well. I honestly wonder if he was trying to overscheme and the players weren't ready. There were a lot of lost players at various times last year. Sometimes you can be clever to a fault, i.e. Crowton...whose brain was also spinning with all kinds of great schemes.

Bill Bellichek has been fired. He turned out OK. One season isn't going to determine how his career is judged.

Well...his career has already been judged by this board. But let's be frank...we're clueless.
