I need a house with a mother in law apartment...for my mother in law. I live outside of Utah and there are not many of these types of houses. Most semi-custom homes in my area are going for around $80-90 sqft- The house we would like to build looks to be around $100 sqft being generous with surprises. We would like to have around 4000 sqft.
