playing a game in TX 2 out of 3 years. If the conference had 2 divisions of 6 and 8 conference games w/ all 4 TX schools in the same division then you'd have the other division playing 1 game in TX every year. With 9 conference games then you'd 1 game in TX most years but 2 in TX every 3rd year.
