Driving around the lake is inexpensive and you see lots of sights. It has been too long to remember any food places - We did go to the Harrah's Buffet in South Lake Tahoe. As kid, I thought it was the most amazing culinary experience on earth - guessing as an adult it isn't as good as my kid memories...
