I keep hearing that Devontae Booker is underated....uh...what?
I've heard it now on 700 and this morning they talked about it on 1320.
The dude has been constantly mentioned as one of the best players/running backs in the P12, he's even been mentioned by some as a dark horse Heisman Candidate.
He doesn't fit the definition of underated. If anything he's gotten a ton of hype, deserved and earned, heading into his Senior year.
