After cutting it off multiple times myself only to have it grow back, I went to a doctor who tried to freeze it off. Didn't work either, so when I went back, he froze it really deep, then proceeded to slice it out with a scalpel little by little, hitting it with the liquid nitrogen every few seconds when it started to bleed a little. Once I had a 1/4 inch (in diameter and depth) frozen hole in the side of my hand, he quickly bandaged it up and sent me to the front.
As I was paying, the receptionist noticed that I had a huge puddle of blood under where my had was resting, and they then spent the next 20 minutes trying to stop the profuse bleeding out of the hole.
Got to love Idaho doctors...
