My son is the same (weight/height). I think the system just labels it that
because the top line on the charts is the 99th. I didn't think it's possible to really have a 100th percentile, but it seems to be what they call it when the child is "off the charts" I guess. I remember thinking the same thing after my son's checkup a few weeks ago.
