Good as a position coach, not a terrible recruiter. Not really coordinator material.

That's just my guess.

I think Bronco likes him for some very good reasons. I don't think he is a superstar, but he is probably pretty good in several areas outside of being the DC. I'm not talking play calling, I don't think that is a big deal.

I don't think he has the respect of all of the players on the team and I don't think he can motivate them on the level that Bronco can.
