bottom line was to win 6 games and a win over Boise St gives him 6...

...if nothing changes with the outcomes of the other games. Who knows, in that alternate dimension maybe he gets super cocky after beating a ranked BSU team on the road and manages to lose a game he had otherwise won (possible). You never know with Crowton and the "rather win by 9 than by 2" comment touches on that craziness.
