St. Louis area folks: good restaurants to eat at?

I'm going to be in St. Louis for a week in a few days. I'm looking for recommendations oh good places to eat. I'm staying right next to the arch if that matters but I'm fine taking a cab somewhere.

Also anything else to do?

IIRC, they only do lunch -- and you'd want to get there early
