I would imagine a lot of that has to do with

the popularity of persecuting those with strong religious views. I live in Miami and a lot of my friends have expressed humor towards my team playing the mormons. I am not going to get into politics or religion, but I am not religious....still I hate when any one persecutes any religion. We live in a world where we coddle all views that oppose christianity and at the very least I recognize that.

From an objective perspective, you guys seem pretty fair.
