What does Boise have that UCLA doesn't?
Both return a bunch of guys. Both are replacing their QB, though UCLA with the #1 recruit and Boise with who knows. And Boise also lost their star RB to the NFL, while UCLA still has their NFL caliber RB. I don't think Boise gets the nod over them. They're still Boise and not going to be near as deep as a team like UCLA.
