I'll keep saying it: No one ever has to listen to local radio
I've found that I enjoy BYU sports much more some I gave up 1280 and 1320. Criddle gives me plenty of BYU info and opinion on my drive home, and I just listen to music in the morning.
It really is much nicer that ingesting all that crap every day (like what you mention).
