B1G finally raids the ACC and takes Virginia, North Carolina, Duke, Georgia Tech, and convinces Vanderbilt to leave the SEC. Also creates three 6-team divisions and creates its own CCT.
SEC loses Vandy but grabs Virginia Tech, NC State, Florida St., Clemson, and Oklahoma St. Creates 3 divisions and has a similar CCT.
The ACC and Big 12 leftovers merge and backfill with a few others to round out the P4.
