Paypal - you need at least $10 to cash out to Paypal (as well as a paypal account)
Direct Deposit - minimum $10, less a 3% bank fee ($2 minimum) so if you cash out $10, you get to keep $8 of it.
Check - minimum $10.

For all 3 methods, even though I have $15 in my "bank", it says the amount available for payment is only $10. Without reading the fine print, I'm assuming the money you get from free games (like Cougarboard) can't be cashed out. You can only cash out winnings from games you paid to play (even if the currency you paid with came from a free game, I guess since I haven't paid anything out of pocket).
