I think either Notre Dame or Stanford knock them out.

As long as stanford wins the title game if they beat Notre dame. Also the big 10 won't get left out after a title game. That's the scenario I see.

The difference is Oklahoma still has to play #11 Oklahoma St. TCU didn't have that same benefit (they played ISU)
