it's clear that scheduling took some time to work out, but that it will reach P5 level pretty much from 2016 and beyond.

Take 2020 for example--5 years out. Michigan State, Missouri, Stanford, Boise State, Utah, Utah State, Northern Illinoi, and Arizona State. 4 games left to schedule. 5 years out, and hearkening back to our MWC days, 2020 would be the best schedule in school history.

IMO, the money as an Independent will get better over time--as long as we continue to be a solid program. If we don't get into a P5 conference, being a major Independent will become a part of who we are, and more fans will embrace it.
