Sorry to burst your bubble, but BYU will keep navy blue (PMS 648) as the primary color.
The football team will wear royal blue unis once a year for the homecoming game, and the occasional bowl game.
Royal blue will still be available in the marketplace as part of The Royal Collection (the throwback program) with select licensees.
