as a former BYU-approved landlord. there are tons of other reasons for approved
housing that, IMO, were legitimate. It's not a perfect system by any means but I really do think it protects both parties more than a traditional landlord/tenant situation.

No- I understand it's to keep us moral but I do have issues that it's immoral because it's not owned by BYU
