A couple of years ago the broadcast program won an award for best live student
Newscast in the country. Student reporters and producers regularly earn awards each year. When I was in the program we got a grant to fly out to Madison, WI for that game and do live reports and record some segments. I'm not in th field anymore but it's a good program.
