tomorrow. with prime shipping it was suppose to be here yesterday and they emailed me today saying it would not get here til monday and if i didnt want the item anymore i Could cancel it. so I went and looked they Havent even shipped the item yet. has anyone ever had success getting them to reimburse more than the purchase price? Like the amount I am going to have to go spend to get the stuff they were suppose to deliver? I understand if there is a issue with the carrier and it gets here a day late but when they dont even ship the item and then email you the next day after ti was suppose to be delivered is terrible customer service.
