was the idea that two true freshman are going to walk in and beat out Davis, Hannemann, Shelton and Preator. All four of those guys are in the upper echelon of what BYU normally has had in the past 20 years as starters at corner. I'm excited about Lake and Warner, but I think those guys have a greater chance of starting as freshmen at receiver than they do at DB.
Next year's starters in the defensive backfield are likely to be Davis and Shelton at corner with Nacua at SS and Hannemann at FS. But Preator could easily be there at corner instead of Shelton or at FS instead of Hannemann.
